Shipping Information

  • I ship within Germany and to selected European countries.

  • All orders are shipped from my studio/warehouse.

  • Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Standard (in-stock) orders: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Made- to- order: 3-10 business days, depending on order. Can vary with other european countries.

  • Shipping via DHL.

  • Tracking information is provided for every shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Any damages or lost packages must be reported immediately to: gozy_deco@hotmail.com

  • Shipping damages will only be replaced if a damage report has been filed within 7 days of delivery with the shipping carrier by the customer. Once confirmed, I will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with statutory warranty regulations.

Handmade Products

  • My candles are individually made to order.

  • Each candle is hand-poured and unique, so production may take 3-10 business days, depending on order size and complexity.

Changes & Custom Requests

  • Orders can be adjusted before production begins (e.g., scent, color, size).

    For that, please fill out the contact form to further discuss details.

  • Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Liability & Defects

  • I guarantee high-quality craftsmanship. However, each item is hand- poured/handmade and unique – slight variations may occur.

  • Returns or exchanges for personal preferences (e.g., scent or color) are not accepted for personalized or made-to-order candles, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
